  • PHYSICAL CLEANING (required for very dirty systems) – $39

    • Having a messy computer is not only bad for aesthetics; it can affect your computers performance, reduce longevity, and permanently damage your hardware. Our professionals will clean your computer and get it ready for show.

  • VIRUS & SPYWARE REMOVAL – $129

    • Viruses and spyware can compromise your security, corrupt data, and slow down performance. If you are experiencing computer slowdowns, pop-up activity, or other problems it can be due to an infection. Our techs will put their noses to the grindstone and wipe out infections that cause your worries.

  • OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALL & SETUP (OS refresh) – $139

    • Our Agility professionals will install the version of Microsoft that is right for you and your computer. Your computer will have a clean installation of your operating system with all the best drivers and critical updates, and your old data will be lost. Software not included.

  • OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALL & SETUP + DATA BACKUP – $160

    • Our professionals understand how important your data is. Losing data can mean losing precious memories, important software, or valuable time and money. Have an Agility Professional install the version of Microsoft that is right for you and your computer and backup or maintain all your essential data for you. Software not included.

  • SOFTWARE INSTALL LEVEL 1 (up to 3 programs) – $39

    • If you are having problems installing software we will be happy to help install up to three programs. You must provide valid license key or email with license key. Does not include operating software, cad, or design software, speech recognition or operating systems.

  • SOFTWARE INSTALL LEVEL 2 (4-7 programs) – $ 79

    • Advanced software installation includes software installation and networking when applicable. Includes: accounting software, cad or design software, speech recognition. It does not include operating systems. You must provide valid license key or email with license key.

  • DATA TRANSFER (Disk to disk) – $65*

    • Our professionals understand how important your data is. Losing your data can mean losing precious memories, important software, or valuable time and money. Have an Agility Professional transfer your data (documents, pictures, e-mail address books) to another hard drive or new computer.

  • DATA TRANSFER (Disk to Media) – $65 + $3 per DVD*

    • Our professionals understand how important your data is. Losing your data can mean losing precious memories, important software, or valuable time and money. Have an Agility Professional transfer your data (documents, pictures, e-mail address books) to DVD or CD for archiving.

  • DATA BACKUP (Recovery) – $299*

    • A failed hard drive can leave you hanging in the wind, let us recover your data and back it up to DVD. Data integrity is not guaranteed for example some files could be damaged as a result of hardware failure. This service is not available for drives that have a mechanical failure.

  • SYSTEM TUNE-UP LEVEL 1 – $99

    • Have our professional’s tune-up and get your computer running in tip top shape. Virus and spyware scan and upgrade recommendations included. Cache cleaning, MSconfig and physical cleaning.

  • SYSTEM TUNE-UP LEVEL 2 – $139

    • Have our professional’s tune-up and get your computer running in tip top shape. Includes complete virus / malware/ spyware removal, hard drive cleanup and Defragmentation, all operating system updates, removal of unneeded software, microcomputer MRI, registry cleanup and repair, 60 min stress test and cleaning of the inside of your computer.

  • MOTHERBOARD & CPU INSTALL – $65
  • CASE SWAP – $75* plus part cost

    • Take everything from inside your current case and move it to a new one.

  • HARD DRIVE INSTALLATION – $39* plus part cost

    • Install of new hard drive. New hard drives will be formatted and working.

  • PRINTER INSTALLATION – $39 plus part cost
  • POWER SUPPLY INSTALLATION – $39 plus part cost
  • MOTHERBOARD UPGRADE INSTALLATION – $99 plus part cost (does not include OS install)
  • MODEM INSTALLATION – $29 plus part cost

  • NOTEBOOK CPU CLEANING OR INSTALL – $99

    • Includes disassembly, new thermal paste and cleaning of notebook fans and heat sinks.

  • POWER CONNECTION REPAIR – $199.00 plus part costs

    • Includes replacement or re-soldering of loose or broken notebook DC jack.
